I am Alan Malizia, the originator of and contributor to the “Crossroads-“Right Choices” blog. I am a former Catholic school educator and athletics coach. After 30 years of service,  during my retirement, I have self-published two books. One titled: “The Little Red Chair,” an autobiography of my life with polio. The other, “A View From The Quiet Corner,” a collection of original poems and reflections.

I have published articles and letters in various Catholic diocesan papers and magazines. And am a co-author of the “Contagious Optimism” book series.

When we come upon crossroads in our lives we are met with moderate to crucial decisions that must be made. These decisions will impact our future, our state of being and the lives of loved ones around us. It will be the prudent choices we make that will direct us toward a good and purposeful end by the means of common sense reasoning. An end that finds our souls at peace.
