BEWARE THE TERM “THE NEW NORMAL”.
When free peoples are called upon to sacrifice their liberties for the common good at a time of conflict, whether by nature or man, then prudence is essential. For the longer these people are separated from their liberties the less likely they will be rejoined to them. Freedom is lost when left unguarded.

CROSSROADS-Right Choices 
I must disagree. The new (ab)normal has been with us since 2016. A dictatorship where a democracy used to be. We have unfortunately plenty more but actually need no more proof of that than a certain signature on paper Treasury *relief* checks — and a follow-up signed letter from that same individual sent out on the Treasury’s dime. That, too, like Republican wars, comes from our own tax money. Republicans had their chance, but elected a tyrant king and then supported him in every constitutional crime. We’ve been here before.

I’m grateful that every weak spot in our Constitution is being revealed, one by one, over and over.
